NEW BIDDERS INFO:​

• For the Friday evening & Saturday Auctions held at the Auction House, Preview starts at 10:00 a.m. on Friday and 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays.    Friday morning items will be moved out on the midway that will sell at 6:00 p.m.  The Auction House will also be open to preview the items for Saturday.  At this time you may register and leave "left bids" if you will not be able to attend.  You may also put you name on a seat reserving it for Saturday morning.

• The bid number you register for on Friday will also be the one to use on Saturday.  

​

• Your drivers license, or photo id and credit card is necessary to register.

​

• Payments are due by the end of the auction day for your purchases.  Be sure to review the Terms & Condition page.  

​

• The Auction House will be open after 11:00 a.m. on Monday for those to pickup items if you win your left bid or could not get your item on Saturday.  This is the only day we will be scheduled to be open for pickups, so please be aware of this and make arrangements.

• WHEN YOU LEAVE AN ABSENTEE BID (Left Bid):  Give us a MAX amount(budget) for the item you wish to have.  We will bid for you up until the max amount is reached.  If the bidding stops below the max amount, you win it for the lower amount.  If your budget is $100.00 and it goes for $50.00 then you pay the $50.00 + tax if you are not tax exempt.  Of Course, if the bidding passes your max amount, you will not win the item.  A credit card is required to secure the bid---if you would like to pay cash or check you may do so.

• ON-Site or occasionally in-House auctions will follow a different schedule.  Please be aware of each auctions announcements.
